About The Position

As part of the clinic team the Aesthetic Registered Nurse is a medical skincare professional who partners with their clinic team to provide clients’ excellence services with advanced medical-grade technologies and skin care product recommendations on their customized skin care journey. While other companies also specialize in injectables, hair removal and tattoo removal, we specialize in one thing - facials. Helping develop effective routines and customized plans for clients with compassion and high-energy. RN’s should be ready to join a hard-working & high volume medical-grade skin care clinic.

Requirements

  • Associate degree required.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
  • Current State Nursing License.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Clinically competent, professional, compassionate, functions well with the team, and able to provide safe and therapeutic services.
  • Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Outgoing personality yet calming presence.
  • Attentive, able to listen and read customers.
  • Attention to detail in following company protocol and goal oriented.
  • Must prioritize client safety and customer service and be able to make clinical decisions, knowing when to ask for assistance.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • 2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service preferred.
  • Basic Life Support Certification through an accredited association.

Responsibilities

  • Creating Curated Client Experiences: Present & promote customized no-downtime laser facials best suited for current and perspective clients’ personal skincare needs and are safe and effective for all skin types. Discuss the importance of the skin care protocols created by the medical team. Celebrate the success of the results our clients seeing.
  • Supporting Store Operations Success: Support clinic success by improving efficiency and accuracy amongst all processes and procedures within the business. Assists with training (precepting), coaching, and developing staff members to understand and execute operational expectations. Establishes adequate staff to ensure timely patient visits. Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and comfortability with computer/store systems. Establishes and maintains effective client retention processes.
