Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN)
About The Position
ImpactKare is partnering with a growing, physician-led wellness and aesthetics practice in Frisco, TX to find an experienced Aesthetic Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of hands-on injecting experience. You'll provide advanced aesthetic treatments including injectables, PRP, and medical-grade skin therapies while building genuine, long-term relationships with patients. This is a great opportunity for an RN who loves aesthetics, takes pride in natural, thoughtful results, and enjoys creating personalized treatment plans rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. This is a clinical aesthetics position, but we're looking for someone who also understands the relationship and business side of aesthetics. You'll have individual performance goals and should feel comfortable making recommendations based on what will genuinely benefit the patient. The goal isn't high-pressure sales — it's being confident enough in your expertise to educate patients, create thoughtful treatment plans, and help them understand their options. Because this is a multidisciplinary wellness environment, you may also occasionally provide coverage for IV infusion services.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- 2+ years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience
- Demonstrated experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Experience with advanced medical skin treatments such as microneedling, RF microneedling, and chemical peels
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical assessment and patient-safety skills
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Confidence creating personalized treatment plans
- Strong attention to detail and documentation
- Comfortable working toward individual performance and revenue goals
Nice To Haves
- PRP treatment experience
- IV therapy or infusion experience
- Medical-grade skincare knowledge
- Experience in a physician-led aesthetics, wellness, concierge, or med-spa environment
- Comfort with peripheral IV placement, hydration/vitamin infusions, patient monitoring, and infusion documentation
Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, and other neuromodulators
- Provide facial and non-facial injectable treatments based on individual patient goals
- Perform PRP treatments, including facial rejuvenation, under-eye treatments, and hair restoration
- Provide advanced skin treatments including medical microneedling, RF microneedling, chemical peels, and HydraFacials
- Utilize aesthetic technologies such as Emsculpt NEO and Emface
- Conduct patient consultations, medical history reviews, contraindication screenings, and informed consent
- Develop personalized treatment and maintenance plans
- Educate patients on treatments, expected outcomes, aftercare, and medical-grade skincare
- Capture accurate before-and-after photography and maintain complete clinical documentation
- Build long-term patient relationships through education, follow-up, and trust-based care
- Recommend complementary services, treatment packages, and skincare when appropriate
- Participate in patient events, promotions, and other initiatives designed to support practice growth
- Maintain all clinical, infection-control, patient-safety, and regulatory standards
- Occasionally provide coverage for IV infusion services
