Experienced Aesthetic Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner
About The Position
RN Esthetics is expanding and opening a fourth location in the Boston area. They are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, achieving natural results, and being part of a supportive, collaborative team. The practice emphasizes a positive culture where education, mentorship, teamwork, integrity, and kindness are highly valued, believing that a great culture leads to great patient care. They are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in aesthetic injectables and aesthetic laser treatments, who prioritizes patient safety and natural-looking results, and enjoys collaboration.
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted Massachusetts Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner license
- Minimum 2 years of aesthetic experience in a medical aesthetics
- Proficiency in cosmetic injectables, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Experience with aesthetic laser treatments, skincare consultations, and treatment planning preferred
- Excellent consultation, communication, and patient education skills
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional documentation and organizational skills
- Professional, polished, and compassionate bedside manner
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and patient safety
- Willingness to participate in ongoing education, training, and team meetings
- Full-time availability, including evenings and Saturdays

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver injectable and laser treatments within your scope of practice and training
- Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, and long-term maintenance
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and photography
- Provide exceptional follow-up care and patient communication
- Collaborate closely with our team to deliver an outstanding patient experience
- Participate in ongoing education, training, and clinical mentorship
