About The Position
RN Esthetics is expanding and opening its fourth location in the Boston area. We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner who is dedicated to providing outstanding patient care, achieving natural outcomes, and contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment. Requirements
- Current, unrestricted Massachusetts Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner license
- Minimum 2 years of aesthetic experience in a medical aesthetics setting
- Proficiency in cosmetic injectables, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Excellent consultation, communication, and patient education skills
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional documentation and organizational skills
- Professional, polished, and compassionate bedside manner
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and patient safety
- Willingness to participate in ongoing education, training, and team meetings
- Full-time availability, including evenings and Saturdays
Nice To Haves
- Experience with aesthetic laser treatments, skincare consultations, and treatment planning
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver injectable and laser treatments within your scope of practice and training
- Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, and long-term maintenance
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and photography
- Provide exceptional follow-up care and patient communication
- Collaborate closely with our team to deliver an outstanding patient experience
- Participate in ongoing education, training, and clinical mentorship
