About The Position

Pinch is hiring Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) across Virginia for a 1099 contractor role. You'll deliver treatments like tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and facials in the comfort of your clients' homes — with the freedom to set your own schedule, choose your clients, and build your practice with the backing of an established, top-rated brand. Founded in Chicago, Pinch quickly became one of the top-rated med spas in the area. Now we're expanding throughout Virginia, and we're looking for Founding Providers to lead the way in their local communities. We cover the overhead — malpractice insurance, marketing, technology, and ongoing support — and pay top-of-market rates for every treatment. That means you focus on one thing: helping clients look and feel their best.

Requirements

• Active APRN license in Virginia
• Certification in injectables — or the readiness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
• Availability to attend an in-person training in full (if new to injectables)

Nice To Haves

• Genuine enthusiasm for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best
• An entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to grow your own practice
• Prior aesthetics experience or an existing patient network
• Interest in expanding through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more

Responsibilities

• Deliver treatments that leave clients feeling their best — tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials, performed safely and to Pinch's clinical standards.
• Build your client base — treat clients from both Pinch marketing and your own network, and turn first-timers into regulars.
• Own your schedule — work the hours that fit your life, averaging 10–20 per week.
• Grow your business — put Pinch's marketing tools to work for outreach, retention, and referrals.
• Run a polished practice — manage your supplies and keep accurate, timely client records.
