About The Position

Pinch is a Concierge Med Spa looking for Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) in Illinois for a 1099 contractor role. This role is for individuals ready to grow in aesthetics and deliver treatments like tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials in the comfort of clients’ homes. Founded in Chicago, IL, Pinch has become a top-rated Med Spa and is expanding throughout Massachusetts. Providers have the freedom to set their own schedules, choose their clients, and grow their practice with flexibility, supported by a nationally recognized brand. Pinch covers malpractice insurance, marketing, technology, and ongoing support, allowing providers to focus on clients. They pay top-of-market rates for treatments and cover all overhead costs.

Requirements

Active APRN license in Massachusetts
Certification in injectables or ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
Excitement for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best
Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing your practice with flexibility

Existing patient network
Interest in expanding your practice through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials
Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training
Take advantage of comprehensive virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques
Treat clients through Pinch marketing as well as your own personal network
Offer appointment availability that works for you, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week
Manage products and supplies responsibly
Keep accurate and timely client records
Follow Pinch protocols and best practices
Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support
Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and grow your business
