About The Position

Kalologie is redefining how aesthetic and wellness services are delivered integrated inside premium host brands including Club Studio and MGM Resorts. Our locations are built into high-traffic, high-income environments, creating consistent client flow. We are seeking experienced aesthetic injectors with an existing book of business who are looking for a platform to grow their practice.

Requirements

• Active RN, NP, or PA license
• Proven experience in cosmetic injectables (required)
• Strong aesthetic eye and consultation skills
• Motivation to expand and maintain a strong client following across both our Arlington and Tysons clinics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow

Nice To Haves

• Existing client following strongly preferred
• Experience in IV Therapy and functional medicine is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform neurotoxins and dermal filler treatments at an advanced level
• Perform SkinPen Microneedling and Chemical Peels
• Conduct consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with the team to drive revenue and client retention
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development
