They are seeking an Aesthetic Injector (Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Registered Nurse) for their Houston, TX location. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be self-motivated, well-organized, and committed to providing exceptional customer care. This role requires eagerness to expand knowledge of services and product lines to effectively recommend them to clients. The Aesthetic Injector will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional aesthetic outcomes and compassionate care, administering various non-surgical aesthetic procedures, collaborating with the medspa team, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The position calls for clinical expertise and artistic sensibility to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals.
Requirements
- Valid state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Registered Nurse
- 2+ years of experience working as a nurse and comfortability with needles.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team member.
- Well-organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Empathetic approach towards patient needs and concerns.
Nice To Haves
- Prior training and experience with Botox and Dermal Fillers
- Excellent understanding of dermatology and skincare treatment
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, adhering to authorized guidelines and laws.
- Conduct consultations to understand patients' aesthetic goals and establish treatment plans.
- Perform aesthetic procedures such as CoolSculpting, Morpheus8, and Botox, ensuring thorough documentation.
- Ensure client comfort and safety throughout treatments.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and treatment plans.
- Uphold infection control, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and licensure requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
- Collect photo and video content for social media.
- Self-promote your aesthetic services and treatments and take ownership in building your client base.
- Collaborate with team members for comprehensive client care.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
