About The Position

The Aesthetic Coordinator is the operational backbone of the studio, ensuring seamless patient experiences by managing the back-end operations. This role is foundational to the success of the providers and the overall flow of the studio. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability. This is a full-time floater position, requiring flexibility to work between the Rancho, Riverside, and Chino Hills locations. NAKED MD is redefining wellness and beauty with an honest, intentional, and accessible approach.

Requirements

Precision in inventory counts, tray preparation, and restocking.
Ability to anticipate the schedule and be three steps ahead at all times.
Demonstrate ownership and accountability for the state of the studio.
Reliability, as providers and patients depend on your readiness.
Full-time availability, including mandatory Friday and Saturday availability.
Floater responsibilities between Rancho, Riverside, and Chino Hills locations.
A calm and kind presence in a fast-moving environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Reliability, compassion, and a genuine team-first attitude.
Willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

Experience in aesthetics or medical settings.
MA/CNA/LVN/Phlebotomist license.

Responsibilities

Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency, ensuring they are ready before needed.
Open and close the studio according to standard procedures, including conducting full inventory counts.
Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to an impeccable standard.
Align the team on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules.
Coordinate provider breaks and lunches to ensure the schedule remains on track.
Monitor and restock supplies proactively, anticipating needs before supplies run out.
Maintain accurate patient documentation, including charting, before & after photos, and treatment records.
Uphold every patient’s dignity, individuality, and right to exceptional care.
Support the front desk and concierge experience as needed, including checking patients in and out, rooming patients, and assisting the team wherever necessary.
Undertake special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility.
