About The Position

The Aesthetic Coordinator is the operational backbone of the studio, ensuring seamless patient experiences by managing the back-end operations. This role is foundational to the success of the providers and the overall flow of the studio. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability. This is a full-time floater position, requiring flexibility to work between the Rancho, Riverside, and Chino Hills locations. NAKED MD is redefining wellness and beauty with an honest, intentional, and accessible approach.

Requirements

  • Precision in inventory counts, tray preparation, and restocking.
  • Ability to anticipate the schedule and be three steps ahead at all times.
  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability for the state of the studio.
  • Reliability, as providers and patients depend on your readiness.
  • Full-time availability, including mandatory Friday and Saturday availability.
  • Floater responsibilities between Rancho, Riverside, and Chino Hills locations.
  • A calm and kind presence in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Reliability, compassion, and a genuine team-first attitude.
  • Willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in aesthetics or medical settings.
  • MA/CNA/LVN/Phlebotomist license.

Responsibilities

  • Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency, ensuring they are ready before needed.
  • Open and close the studio according to standard procedures, including conducting full inventory counts.
  • Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to an impeccable standard.
  • Align the team on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules.
  • Coordinate provider breaks and lunches to ensure the schedule remains on track.
  • Monitor and restock supplies proactively, anticipating needs before supplies run out.
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation, including charting, before & after photos, and treatment records.
  • Uphold every patient’s dignity, individuality, and right to exceptional care.
  • Support the front desk and concierge experience as needed, including checking patients in and out, rooming patients, and assisting the team wherever necessary.
  • Undertake special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range: 40k-60k (hourly role)
