About The Position
The Aesthetic Coordinator is the operational backbone of the studio, ensuring seamless patient experiences by managing the back-end operations. This role is foundational to the studio's success, focusing on precision, organization, and proactive support to ensure every provider performs flawlessly and the studio runs efficiently. NAKED MD is redefining wellness and beauty with a minimalistic, personalized approach, and seeks individuals with integrity, heart, and a commitment to patient well-being.
Requirements
- Precision in inventory counts, tray prep, and restocking.
- Ability to anticipate the schedule and be three steps ahead.
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability for the studio's state.
- Reliability, with the ability to show up ready to support providers and patients.
- Friday and Saturday availability is mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
- Reliability, compassion, and a genuine team-first attitude.
- A calm, kind presence in a fast-moving environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in aesthetics or medical settings.
- MA/CNA/LVN/Phlebotomist license.
Responsibilities
- Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency.
- Open and close the studio to standard every shift, including full inventory counts.
- Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to an identical, impeccable standard.
- Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules before the first patient arrives.
- Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so the schedule never stalls.
- Monitor and restock supplies proactively.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation including charting, before & after photos, and treatment records.
- Uphold every patient’s dignity, individuality, and right to exceptional care.
- Support the front desk and concierge experience as needed — checking patients in and out, rooming patients, and stepping in wherever the team needs you.
- Handle special projects as they arise, demonstrating flexibility.
