About The Position

The Aesthetic Coordinator is the operational backbone of the studio, ensuring seamless patient experiences by meticulously managing back-end processes. This role is foundational to the success of the providers and the overall flow of the studio. NAKED MD is redefining wellness and beauty with a minimalistic, personalized approach, offering lavish experiences made accessible. Requirements

Precision in tasks such as inventory counts, tray preparation, and restocking.
Ability to anticipate needs and stay ahead of the schedule.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for the state of the studio.
Reliability, as providers and patients depend on readiness.
Availability on Fridays and Saturdays (required for full-time positions).

Willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

Experience in aesthetics or medical settings.
MA/CNA/LVN/Phlebotomist license.

Responsibilities

Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency.
Open and close the studio to standard every shift, including full inventory counts.
Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to an impeccable standard.
Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules.
Coordinate provider breaks and lunches to ensure continuous studio operation.
Monitor and restock supplies proactively.
Maintain accurate patient documentation, including charting, before & after photos, and treatment records.
Uphold every patient’s dignity, individuality, and right to exceptional care.
Support the front desk and concierge experience as needed, including checking patients in and out, rooming patients, and assisting the team wherever necessary.
Undertake special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility.
