Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Strong understanding of the aesthetics and dermatology market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
  • Experience in managing a sales team.
  • Existing relationships with key stakeholders in the dermatology and aesthetics field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and customers.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Manage and optimize the sales budget for the territory.
  • Provide product training and support to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and medical affairs, to ensure alignment and support for business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
