Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and business management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Strong understanding of the aesthetic dermatology market.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic business plans.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
  • Experience with injectable aesthetics products.
  • Established network of contacts within the dermatology community.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales and market share objectives in the aesthetic dermatology sector.
  • Manage and grow key relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and distributors.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead and motivate a sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to enhance brand awareness and product adoption.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L for the assigned business unit.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
