This role ensures the effective implementation and application of Sherwin-Williams products within the Auto OEM and Aerospace sectors. It serves as product knowledge expert and liaison between customers and internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Lab, strengthening Sherwin-Williams’ position as a trusted partner for both products and services. The position requires maintaining expert-level knowledge of products, applications, industry trends, and competitors. It provides direct on-site customer support, including product selection, application guidance, issue resolution, process improvement recommendations, and training. Additionally, the role works closely with Sales leadership to execute territory strategies, retain existing customers, and identify opportunities for growth, driving territory sales and profitability through proactive engagement and technical expertise.
