About The Position

The Aerospace Corporation is seeking candidates who participated in the 2026 Aerospace Internship Program to return for a similar role in 2027. This program offers paid, full-time positions for a minimum of 10 weeks during the summer. Interns will likely work with interdisciplinary teams on ongoing research or technical programs, applying standard techniques to scientific and/or engineering tasks, with provided training and mentorship. The program is designed for individuals to return to their degree programs full-time after completion.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled full-time in an accredited college/university program pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Aerospace Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cyber/Cyber Security, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Intelligence Studies, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Materials, Physics, Software Engineering, and Systems Engineering, Business, Communications, Accounting or other related disciplines.
  • Availability to work full-time for a minimum of 10 weeks outside of university term and ability to return to a degree program full-time after completion of the internship.
  • Completed a 2026 internship at The Aerospace Corporation.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.
  • Transcripts required.

Responsibilities
