The Requirements & Capabilities (R&C) Account Executive (RACE) is responsible for growing SEAKR’s business at named accounts. This role involves growing SEAKR’s pipeline and converting it into bookings, mapping customer organizational structures, building customer relationships across all levels, and meeting face-to-face with customers regularly. The position requires solutioning and shaping new programs to integrate SEAKR capabilities, crafting and leading campaigns, accurately documenting opportunity metrics in a forecast, and supporting Capture and Bid & Proposal activities. The RACE will also initiate and negotiate engagement documents, track opportunities in SEAKR tools, prepare gate review briefings, and capture competitive intelligence. The ideal candidate will have a successful history in the space/aerospace community, a desire to join a fast-paced, innovative team, and possess deep knowledge of the space industry, customers, competitors, missions, systems, and supporting technologies. The primary focus will be on National Security Space, but will also include commercial and Federal Space programs. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and will be "the face of the company," working under limited supervision and evaluated on results. Additional duties include establishing and nurturing customer relationships, formulating capture strategies, coordinating with executives on business development strategies, and contributing to marketing execution. Proficiency in Capture Management, including contributing to technical volumes, program schedules, cost volumes, and pricing, is also expected. The position requires travel between 25% - 50% of the time and can be remote/hybrid.
