You will be responsible for designing, documenting, and continuously improving end‑to‑end quality processes related to First Article Inspection (FAI), Material Review Board (MRB), and overall Quality & Compliance activities. In this role, you will ensure that quality processes are clearly defined, compliant with aerospace standards (AS9100/AS9102), and effectively integrated across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and customer interfaces. You will play a key role in translating quality requirements and operational practices into standardized process maps that support consistency, traceability, audit readiness, and continuous improvement within an aerospace industrial environment.Long DescriptionFirst Article Inspection (FAI) – Process Support Map the end‑to‑end FAI process in compliance with AS requirements, from planning through customer acceptance. Define process steps and responsibilities for: Preparation, review, and validation of FAI packages Material, part, and special process traceability Management of FAI discrepancies and re‑submissions Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers, and quality teams to resolve process gaps or inefficiencies identified during FAI execution. Support internal teams and customer interactions by ensuring FAI processes are well documented, understood, and audit‑ready. Long DescriptionMRB (Material Review Board) – Process Support Develop and maintain clear process maps covering: Detection and classification of non‑conformities MRB escalation, review, and disposition workflows Approval paths for use‑as‑is, repair, rework, and scrap decisions Ensure MRB processes comply with internal requirements and internal quality procedures. Support MRB boards by providing structured process visibility and quality assessment frameworks. Map corrective action tracking and closure processes to ensure traceability and accountability. Quality & Compliance Ensure all quality processes are compliant with internal standards, internal procedures, and applicable aerospace regulations. Support root cause analysis activities by mapping failure points and process interfaces. Identify process inefficiencies, risks, and compliance gaps and propose improvement actions. Contribute to quality performance monitoring by defining process indicators and supporting reporting structures. Support internal and external audits by ensuring process documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a quality role within an industrial or aerospace environment.
  • Solid understanding of:
  • First Article Inspection (FAI)
  • MRB and non‑conformance management
  • Corrective action and continuous improvement processes
  • Proven ability to create clear and structured process maps and procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate complex quality requirements into practical workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and quality teams.
  • Ability to work in both French and English in a professional, cross‑functional environment.
  • Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on compliance, traceability, and process robustness.

Responsibilities

  • Développer, maintenir et normaliser des cartographies de processus détaillées pour :
