Pay: $20 – $40/hour (based on experience) | Overtime: 10+ hours/week available

Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on CNC operation experience
• Comfort reading blueprints and using precision gaging (e.g., micrometers, calipers)
• Sharp attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
• Reliability to work a scheduled shift with regular overtime opportunities

Nice To Haves

• Background with setups, tooling, and offsets preferred

Responsibilities

• Review engineering drawings and blueprints before first cut
• Set up and operate CNC machines; load tools, apply offsets, make on-the-fly adjustments
• Run first articles and inspect using precision measuring tools to verify tight tolerances
• Keep parts moving while upholding quality and safety standards
• Share ideas that support continuous improvement on the floor
