We are currently hiring for all shifts. 2nd shift receives a 10% shift differential. Weekend shifts includes 4 hours comp time. 1st shift Pay Range: $22.25 - $26.25/hr. DOE. 2nd Shift Pay Range: $24.48 To $28.88/hr. DOE (Range includes our 10% shift differential).

Requirements

  • Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or aerospace experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company
  • Ability to read and understand detailed instruction.
  • Capability to use hand and power tools applicable to trade.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; verbal and written.
  • Comfort working on your feet and handling repetitive tasks.
  • A team-first attitude and reliability in attendance.
  • Safety first mentality
  • Must meet ITAR export control compliance requirements. A “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities in a manufacturing (or similar) environment preferred.
