Requirements

  • Required 3 years of experience as an industrial maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime or shifts if required.
  • You must have a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license to travel between two plant locations.
  • Experience operating forklift, scissor lift, and SkyTrac safely and efficiently.
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency in completing tasks.
  • Only U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, and political asylees or refugees are eligible to apply.

  • PLC experience is desired.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and implement effective repairs.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce equipment failures and extend machinery life.
  • Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and report on equipment status.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts in facilities repairs.
  • Operate material handling equipment includes forklift, scissor lift, and SkyTrac safely and efficiently.
  • Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Perform general facilities maintenance work.
  • Fabricate parts for repairs and machine upgrades as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with production team members and maintain clean work areas, including the maintenance shop.
  • Ensure a safe work environment by following PPE and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
