Where no two days are the same.Location:This is a Hybrid role based in Montreal, QC About the job you’re considering: Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals with accuracy and precision. Conduct continuity, insulation resistance, and functional testing on wiring harness assemblies. Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to resolve technical issues and support ongoing development efforts. Assist with developing, refining, and improving assembly and testing processes to enhance consistency, efficiency, and reliability. Provide hands on technical support during flight test operations, both in house and at remote flight test locations.

Requirements

  • We are looking candidates with 5-7 years of experience in Inspect completed assemblies to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements (FAA, IPC/WHMA, MIL STD, etc.).
  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair discrepancies or defects in wiring harnesses and assemblies.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed production, testing, and inspection documentation.
  • Adhere to ESD, FOD, and all applicable safety procedures at all times.
  • Familiar with ARP4754A / ARP4761 , DO 160 environmental qualification , MIL STD 704 / 461 / 810
  • Knowledge of functional safety or system safety engineering
