Requirements

Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, preferably from an ABET-accredited program
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Basic understanding of computer networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, and network security)
Familiarity with basic scripting or programming (e.g., Python)
Ability to follow technical procedures and troubleshoot problems methodically
Willingness to support field work, shift schedules, and travel as required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Nice To Haves

Exposure Experience with technical instrumentation, diagnostic tools, or system analysis (academic or professional)
Familiarity with Linux or basic command-line tools
Entry-level certifications such as Network+ or similar
Exposure to radio frequency (RF) concepts

Responsibilities

Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of technical security and monitoring systems
Assist with network setup and troubleshooting, including basic routing, switching, and connectivity tasks
Perform system-level integration of hardware with software platforms, databases, and monitoring dashboards
Diagnose and resolve system issues involving hardware, software, or network components
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architectures, interface control documents, and test plans
Participate in continuous improvement efforts and learn new technologies related to technical security and networked systems
Provide operational and engineering support to ongoing Technical Security missions, including field deployments, testing, and system validation
Conduct research, selection, modification, design, and development of Technical Security equipment and systems
