About The Position

Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with organizational goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Support supplier negotiations to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contracts. Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including long lead times. Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation. Support product production lines as needed. Assist in project planning, defining objectives and scopes, and communicating with stakeholders. Perform additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
4+ years of procurement experience in a technical environment
Self-starter with ability to drive improvements and meet deadlines
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR)

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree (MBA) or related discipline
10+ years of procurement experience in a technical environment
Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics 365
Knowledge of AS9100D, ISO9001, and other quality standards
