Aerospace Assembly Trainee Job Summary: The Training program consists of 2-days of independent work on a computer and 1-day of hands-on work in the training lab with a Crane AE trainer, on-site at the Lynnwood, WA location. In the training program, participants will learn job-specific knowledge and skills that every assembler needs to produce high-quality work. Upon successful completion of the program, you may be offered a contract-to-hire role as an Assembler in Training.
