About The Position
PACT Charter School is seeking an Aeronautics/STEM Instructor for the 2026-2027 school year to join their Community Education team. The instructor will lead sessions for K-2nd grade (Aeronautics) or 3rd-5th grade (STEM) students. Sessions are held after school one day per week at the Elementary Campus. The position is focused on building students of character through various values such as respect, citizenship, and integrity.
Requirements
- Experience in Aeronautics/STEM instruction.
- Ability to teach after school from 3:30-5:15 pm.
- Willingness to work one day per week.
- Complete an online application through the AppliTrack web portal.

- Experience working with K-5th grade students.
- Knowledge of PACT's focus on character building values.
Responsibilities
- Lead Aeronautics/STEM sessions for K-2nd or 3rd-5th grade students.
- Conduct sessions one day per week after school.
- Manage a maximum of 24 students per activity.
- Potentially hire another instructor if student count exceeds the capacity for a single instructor.
Benefits
- Pay of $25 per hour if registered student count is below 22.
- Pay of $50 per hour if registered student count is beyond 22.
- Option to hire another instructor with both paid at $25 per hour.
