The Aerobic Instructor ensures members have a safe, challenging, and enjoyable work-out experience by having a positive attitude, knowing and demonstrating the proper training techniques for all routines and work-out programs, administering CPR and first aid as needed, delivering top quality service, using members’ names whenever possible, anticipating members’ needs, and being a team player. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

Advanced knowledge of group and personal exercise science and methodologies in teaching skills.
Thorough knowledge of physical fitness to include proper and safe training methods and routines.
Ability to create individualized fitness programs for all populations.

Responsibilities
