About The Position
This position involves mixing and applying paint to parts according to customer specifications. Responsibilities include preparing surfaces, operating paint guns, and ensuring quality standards are met. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and adherence to safety procedures. Flexibility for overtime and weekend work is also necessary.
Requirements

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in painting or a related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Mix and match paint colors to customer specifications
- Mix ratios for a variety of paint
- Fan while using a paint gun
- Operate, use and clean a spray gun
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking
- Apply paint using various techniques, including spray guns, brushes, and rollers
- Ensure that all painted products meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Assist with other tasks as needed
