What impact you’ll make The Aero Cost Leader will lead the strategy and execution of cost-reduction initiatives across the Aeroderivative business. This role is responsible for driving margin expansion by identifying, validating, and implementing cost-out projects in repair shop operations, field services and material sourcing. You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sourcing, Finance, and Execution teams to deliver sustainable cost-out results while maintaining the highest levels of quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent knowledge/experience.
• Significant experience in operational improvement, Lean, continuous improvement, or turnaround/cost transformation
• Significant experience in industrial/energy services, maintenance, field operations, manufacturing, or asset-intensive environments
• Solid understanding of financial metrics, savings tracking, and business case development
• Ability to influence without direct authority
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven approach with practical problem-solving capability

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and lead cost-out opportunities to define and execute a multi-year cost-out roadmap aligned with business margin targets.
• Develop and manage a structured cost-reduction pipeline with clear targets, owners, timelines, and savings validation
• Partner with AAJV, GEA and internal partners (operation execution, finance, fulfillment, engineering, product line and commercial teams) to reduce operational and material cost
• Lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of cost-out projects, with rigorous tracking of milestones, delivery and benefits, reporting progress to leadership
• Understanding cost to determine trends and main cost drivers across different value streams at fleet level (Repairs, Rotables, Engines, OFS)
• Work closely with Finance to ensure all cost-out initiatives are properly scoped, measured, and reflected in the Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
• Promote a continuous improvement mindset across the services organization.
• Drive root-cause problem solving
• Ensure cost-out actions do not negatively affect safety, compliance, or customer commitments
• Build accountability and follow-through across teams to sustain improvements
