Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Perform simple and complex pole transfers (Make Ready) Place strand, including guys, bonds, and grounds Jig fiber/coax Lash and overlash fiber/coax over existing boxes, wires, and lines Identify and install correct fiber storage loops Perform traffic control and maintain safe work zones Reconcile all issued parts and materials on a daily basis to ensure accurate usage Document and validate as-builts for new builds and plant modifications Complete daily work orders and crew checks to document productivity and safety compliance Read and understand schematics and construction prints Work assigned shifts, including overtime as needed Requirements & Qualifications: Pole climbing experience required (preferred/plus) Ability to work in all temperatures, climates, and weather conditions Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Physical ability to bend, stand, sit, crawl, climb, and lift throughout the workday Strong communication skills when interacting with coworkers, homeowners, and customers Reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus Ability to pass drug screening and background check Must be authorized to work in the United States Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) Profit Sharing
