About The Position

At MasTec Communications Group, an Aerial Lineman supports overhead construction and repair of RF and fiber service. Requirements

• Be safety-minded in day-to-day work.
• Have a track record of completing work to a high level of quality.
• Be able to figure out difficult problems and enjoy hands-on work.
• Have extensive knowledge of equipment needed for aerial work as an experienced lineman.
• Be comfortable working in a bucket truck and climbing poles.

Responsibilities

• Climb poles or use a bucket truck to install, relocate, and maintain aerial plants.
• Read and understand schematics and construction prints.
• Troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field.
• Support overhead construction and repair of RF and fiber service.
