ProStar Flight Services seeks exceptional pilots for the 2026-2027 season. This role requires excellence in both flight operations and administrative tasks, including flight reports and documentation. Pilots will conduct precision aerial survey operations across the Continental US, managing aircraft and camera systems in single-pilot operations. The position offers professional growth in aviation and business operations, with a team culture built on integrity, loyalty, and excellence. The season runs from November 1, 2026, through mid-June 2027, with an average of approximately 300 flight hours per season. A generally 21 days on-duty / 14 days off rotation is standard, but a modified schedule is possible. All travel expenses, including hotels, transportation, and per diem, are covered. This role is not for those who prioritize efficiency over safety, struggle with organization, or plan to leave before the end of the season.
