About The Position

Buckley Cable Construction is hiring Entry-Level Aerial Coax Splicers to help upgrade aerial cable networks throughout the Mid-Atlantic. This role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions, performing physical work at heights, and using basic hand tools. The position is not suitable for those seeking office work. A mandatory two-week paid training program is required, which is physically demanding and has high standards. Success in training and the role requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions and accept coaching.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work outdoors year-round
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 75 lbs
• Ability to climb poles and ladders
• Ability to work at heights up to 40 ft
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Can repeatedly lift and carry heavy equipment
• Are comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet
• Have experience using basic hand tools

Responsibilities

• Upgrade aerial coax cable infrastructure
