About The Position

The AEM Product Owner is responsible for defining and executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platforms and digital experiences. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, marketing teams, digital channels, and technology teams to deliver seamless, customer-centric experiences across web, mobile, and other digital touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Digital Product Lead.
  • Hands-on understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including Sites, Assets, and Digital Experience platforms.
  • Experience translating business objectives into product requirements and managing Agile delivery teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, content management, web technologies, and customer experience optimization.
  • Experience using Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and backlog management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Adobe Experience Manager certifications.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Knowledge of SEO, web analytics, personalization, and digital content strategy.
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise digital transformation programs.

Responsibilities

  • Define, communicate, and maintain the AEM product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with business leadership, marketing, digital, and technology teams to identify priorities, opportunities, and areas for innovation.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure maximum business value and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement of digital experiences across websites, mobile applications, and other digital channels.
  • Partner with UX, content, engineering, and analytics teams to optimize customer journeys and engagement.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and prioritization sessions.
  • Monitor product performance and key success metrics, leveraging data and customer insights to guide enhancements.
  • Ensure AEM capabilities, content management processes, and digital solutions support scalability, usability, and operational excellence.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on roadmap progress, risks, and delivery milestones.
