About The Position

Stefanini Group is hiring! Stefanini is looking for an AEM Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and products to meet customer needs. This role participates in the full software development lifecycle, including software architecture, coding, quality testing, and deployment. The ideal candidate will engage with customers to understand their use cases, pain points, and requirements, demonstrating empathy and advocating for user-centric software solutions. They will solve complex problems by designing, developing, and delivering solutions using appropriate tools, languages, frameworks, methodologies (including Agile), and technologies. This includes assessing application or service requirements, determining suitable technology stacks, integration methods, and deployment strategies, and creating high-level software architecture designs. The role also involves defining and implementing software testing strategies, guidelines, policies, and processes, continuously improving performance, optimizing applications, and implementing technologies that maximize development efficiency. Programming practices such as test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery will be applied, along with supporting security practices that safeguard user data. The developer will create user-friendly, interactive interfaces and develop and maintain back-end applications, including APIs and microservices, using server-side languages. Finally, they will evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies and capabilities, monitoring and participating in solutions for new stack layers, often involving industry collaboration.

  • 6+ years of experience in IT

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)

  • Experience with DevOps tools and processes, such as Git, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Familiarity with microservices or service-oriented architecture
  • Curiosity and hands-on experience using AI tools to support development, testing, or content workflows
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or agentic AI solutions for automated code reviews
  • Strong hands-on experience with modern front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3/Sass, and JavaScript
