About The Position

STV is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented AEC Industry Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. This position is designated as hybrid (3 days week/in office) preferably within a commutable distance of one of our southern national offices which includes Atlanta, GA; Acworth, GA; Duluth, GA; Charlotte, NC; Raleigh, NC; Dallas, TX; Austin, TX; Houston, TX; or San Antonio, TX The STV Talent Acquisition team is a dedicated group of professionals who are committed to building our company’s greatest assets - our people. Requirements

6+ years of talent acquisition recruiting experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry is required
Demonstrated ability to run a full cycle desk with high-volume workload 25 – 40 reqs and proven track record of delivering result with 8+ hires per month
Ability to build strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to make outbound calls
Experience working with geographically dispersed, virtual teams, as well as have the ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (i.e. Workday or Dayforce)
Ability to work in a demanding, dynamic, and evolving work culture

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

Collaborate with HRBPs and hiring managers to open positions and develop recruiting strategies
Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising/posting and sourcing
Create talent pools and pipelines to support Business Units (i.e. Transportation, Construction Management, Buildings, Water, Power, etc.)
Develop and negotiate competitive new hire compensation package/offers across a range of seniority levels
