This position serves as a leader in the delivery of survivor/victim support services. As a designated campus Confidential Advisor, the role serves students, faculty, and staff who have experienced sexual misconduct (sexual assault, sexual harassment, sexual exploitation, stalking, and/or dating/domestic violence), as required by Illinois state law. The role also serves as an Embedded Confidential Advisor and will be cross-placed two days a week at a satellite location. The Assistant Director role specifically leads coordination and delivery of training and outreach and supervises interns. The Coordinator role focuses on providing and coordinating trauma-informed case management, crisis intervention, and survivor-centered advocacy, while the Assistant Director role coordinates these efforts and implements assessment and evaluation strategies. Both roles involve developing collaborative partnerships, designing and delivering trainings, creating educational materials, and serving on relevant committees.
