Advisory Board Member - Remote
About The Position
MindFriend is seeking Strategic & Clinical Advisory Board Members to support its rapid growth and protect the ethical integrity of its free clinician ecosystem. The organization is dedicated to accessible mental health and digital well-being, offering free education to the public and a free directory for clinicians. The advisory role is designed for busy executives and active clinicians, requiring participation in 1-2 formal advisory sessions per year and occasional representation at industry events. Advisors will lend their credibility, high-level perspective, and guidance to the organization.
Requirements
- Executive & Governance Track: Current or former Founders, CEOs, or Board Members of notable organizations.
- Executive & Governance Track: Senior leaders from relevant NGOs, non-profits, or government bodies focused on public health, mental health advocacy, social impact or relevant.
- Clinical & Psychiatric Track: Licensed or registered Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Therapists or similar.
- Clinical & Psychiatric Track: Practitioners passionate about digital health ethics, professional standards, and expanding access to free mental health resources.
Responsibilities
- Participate in 1-2 formal advisory sessions per year to review strategic direction and platform standards.
- Occasionally join MindFriend at select industry conferences, community meetups, or sponsored events.
- Lend credibility, high-level perspective, and guidance to the organization.
