About The Position

As an Advisor Support Professional, you will provide quality service to our field partners and clients in a call center environment. You will act as an advocate for VFA Broker Dealer by utilizing excellent communication, problem solving, research and analytical skills to assist with complex issues regarding account statuses, balances, account transfers, and general inquiries. You will provide professional, accurate and prompt service to field partners and clients with a sense of urgency at all times.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of previous Inbound Call Center Experience
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal.
  • Proficient in multitasking and navigating multiple systems and windows at once.
  • Able to work in a fast paced, metric driven environment.
  • Be available to work any shift within our hours of operations (8am-5pm (CST))

Nice To Haves

  • Financial Services Industry Experience is preferred.
