This Advisor role will be focused on System Quality Improvement projects (as opposed to patient safety or regulatory work). The advisor role plans, supports, monitors and directs multidisciplinary projects across OhioHealth to drive Quality and Safety improvement projects. Works to support and direct OhioHealth System-wide compliance related to quality, safety and regulatory (e.g., CMS, Departments of Health, specialty accreditation) requirements. Translates quality, safety and regulatory data into meaningful information and effectively communicates critical information to leadership and other key stakeholders to improve decision making and performance. Provides high quality project management and analysis for a broad array of clinical and operational issues. Forms effective working relationships with cross-functional partners, including hospital leadership, service line leadership, and clinical guidance councils. Applies health system-specific expertise, industry best practices and knowledge of internal and external performance challenges to recommend and lead improvements.
