Work with privacy, legal, and compliance teams to translate regulatory requirements into clear, technical work. Create a simple, repeatable framework that ensures our products meet risk and compliance expectations. Support teams across US and international regions as they adopt these standards. How You’ll Work Operate as the central point of contact for enterprise‑level risk and compliance requests. Break down complex requirements into clear work for engineering teams. Track and manage dependencies across GTDA, Solutions, Markets, and Shared Services. Keep stakeholders aligned using simple communication, predictable updates, and clear decision points. Success Looks Like GTDA teams understand and use a consistent process for handling risk and compliance requirements. Regulatory needs are reflected early in product design and do not cause late delivery risk. Product, engineering, and compliance teams work with a shared view of priorities. Cross‑organizational initiatives ship on time, with clear ownership and fewer escalations. This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
