Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of well-rounded HR generalist experience
  • Experience administering disability management processes
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to manage data, systems, and reporting with accuracy
  • Demonstrated capability in problem-solving and process improvement
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships

Nice To Haves

  • Mining industry experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and support enterprise HR programs within the business
  • Manage employee data and HRIS transactions with accuracy
  • Partner with the HR Service Center to execute people services
  • Support change management initiatives and workforce transitions
  • Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and employment standards
  • Assist in employee relations including conflict resolution and investigations
  • Track HR metrics, analyze trends, and prepare reports
