Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, finance, accounting or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and communicate complex data into summaries and actions and drive process improvement
• Effective communication and collaboration
• Digital foundation
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize

Responsibilities

• Drive inventory visibility, assurance, optimization and end-to-end governance to proactively see around corners, raise issues and mitigate risk
• Identify the root cause of inventory variances and coordinate closed loop corrective actions
• Determine areas for process improvement through innovative digital solutions / AI
• Establish and drive end-to-end inventory control governance, policies and procedures and alignment with stakeholders
• Support Dell’s Modernization efforts; lead regional / functional supply chain initiatives
• Act as a change champion
• Provide executive level updates and recommendations through factual analysis and effective storytelling
