The Employee Communications team, part of CTC’s broader Communications group, collaborates with teams across the entire business to keep corporate employees informed of and connected to company initiatives. This role drives the creative employee communications and engagement strategy and execution of campaigns that foster a culture of diversity, belonging, and inclusion, and keep employees engaged. The team develops content for internal platforms and channels, provides strategic communications counsel, and creates unique brand experiences. The Advisor reports directly to the Manager of Employee Communications and supports the team by creating written and visual content, executing communications campaigns, and managing reporting and analytics.
