About The Position

The Advisor Integration Manager guides new advisors through their first three to six months at Global Travel Collection (GTC), part of Internova Travel Group. The role supports technical onboarding and helps advisors integrate successfully by training them on GTC systems, resources, and offerings, and directing them to subject-matter experts or additional training when needed. The goal is to help advisors begin booking travel quickly and establish a strong foundation for long-term success. The manager bridges onboarding and the Advisor Support Organization (ASO), providing some basic training before or during onboarding and primarily guiding advisors after onboarding is complete. The role works closely with the new advisor’s ASM to support a consistent integration process and strong engagement. After six months, or sooner depending on the advisor’s needs, responsibilities are handed over to the ASM. The timing and decision for that handoff are at the discretion of the Integration Manager, ASM, and Director of Sales Operations. The position also develops processes, tools, and collateral to improve the experience and efficiency of new advisors, ASMs, and internal teams. Periodic travel is required.
