About The Position
Financial Planning & Analysis provides strategic partnership and objective guidance to business units. It leads cross functional efforts to enable forward looking, actionable insights with a focus on driving strategic value that influences key business decisions. The Advisor, Financial Planning and Analysis is the financial business partner for the Presource and Medical Products Marketing team. This job is responsible for financial analytics, forecasting, budgeting, and associated ad hoc requests. The job also provides ad hoc support for the business as necessary. This is a Hybrid Role, and the ideal candidate comes into the Dublin, OH office 1-2 days a week.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience

- Tableau and Alteryx experience
Responsibilities
- Support Presource and Med Products in achieving financial goals, managing key initiatives, and partnering cross-functionally
- Business partner with Product Marketing to clearly articulate financial performance, Trends, & Analytics
- Responsible for Financial Reporting, Planning and Analysis, Monthly forecast, Long-Range planning (Annual Budget) and Monthly results
- Develop analytics and ad-hoc analysis to support Presource and Med Products
- Completes work independently; receives general guidance on new projects
- Role will serve as lead to other team members
