About The Position

This person will support our OptiFreight Logistics business from an FP&A perspective. Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets. Financial Planning & Analysis provides strategic partnership and objective guidance to business units. It leads cross functional efforts to enable forward looking, actionable insights with a focus on driving strategic value that influences key business decisions.

Requirements

Proficiency in ANAPLAN, HFM, SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
3+ years of finance or related experience, preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects
May contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Works on complex projects of large scope
Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives
Completes work; independently receives general guidance on new projects
Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives
May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues

Responsibilities

Consolidate monthly financial results for leaders supporting OptiFreight Logistics with a focus on P&L results
Prepare monthly financial presentations including detailed driver analysis and understanding of business results
Partner cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
Assist with the yearly budget and SFP processes
Manage multiple deliverables and deadlines concurrently
Support continuous improvement of new processes and work with key stakeholders to execute and maintain them
Work on Ad hoc requests and initiatives as required
