About The Position

DICK’S Sporting Goods is hiring an Advisor Endzone & Loyalty to deliver a high-touch athlete experience at checkout and throughout the shopping journey. The Advisor guides athletes through checkout, loyalty programs, and services with confidence and expertise, builds strong connections, drives engagement, and helps create a seamless, memorable experience. The role supports the store team and contributes to an inclusive environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome, safe, and respected.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and athletes, proactively approach athletes to understand their needs, and support their shopping experience with helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment.
• Promote company programs, including customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, as well as applicable laws and external governing guidelines, including Federal ATF requirements.
• Help create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck approach.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
