About The Position

Responsible for providing partnership with local leadership/HR to effectuate strategic resolutions to employee relations matters. Specifically, EAS Advisors will investigate employee-reported, HR-related complaints submitted through the company’s ethics hotline (or other channels) regarding: company policy, unfair treatment, workplace disputes, performance management, wage and hour, alleged harassment and other employee relations matters. EAS Advisors also assist in the gathering, analysis and presentation of employee relations data and provide regular reporting to partners on significant trends and potential impact on strategic planning. EAS Advisors may also be assigned to a variety of employee relations related projects (e.g., Conflicts of Interest and CX Escalations processes). Assignment structure will depend on the needs of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Independently conducts impartial, confidential investigations into employee-reported, HR-related concerns; provides recommended actions to local leadership and collaborates on determining appropriate final resolutions.
  • Escalates defined matters to appropriate partners and conducts certain investigations of escalated matters at their direction.
  • Drafts thorough investigation summaries that appropriately document investigations and outcomes in a timely manner.
  • Serve as point of contact and provide support, guidance and direction to management and field operators on performance improvement and corrective action matters, up to and including termination.
  • Reviews and approves end-to-end corrective action and performance management documents up to and including termination.
  • Escalates defined matters appropriately to ensure notification and consultation requirements.
  • Identifies and recommends appropriate process improvements to accomplish effective performance management.
  • Assists employees and management with the interpretation of Company policies and responds to inquiries and concerns.
  • Prepares, analyzes data, identifies root cause or trends and presents results to partners on agreed upon cadence.
  • Provides point-of-contact for employee relations support, guidance and direction to management and field operators.
  • Assists employees and management with the interpretation of Company policies and other relevant employment and responds to inquiries and concerns.
  • Partners with leadership to develop and implement action plans.
  • Partners with Legal or Compliance and investigates and/or facilitates documentation gathering for all administrative changes, and attorney letters.
  • Proactively supports the overall organizational goals by remaining flexible, collaborative, and supportive with other teammates to the extent possible.
  • Acts as partner to support security investigations as needed.
  • Utilizes and maintains case management system to document investigatory engagement and resolution.
  • Contribute to overall functional alignment opportunities with partners by identifying and proposing solutions with EAS leadership, team, and partners.
  • Maintains current knowledge of and ensures compliance with Federal and State employment laws.
  • Assists with the training and development of fellow team members.
