About The Position

The Advisor, Process Excellence job advises and executes strategic plans and programs aimed at enhancing organizational performance and customer satisfaction. As a recognized subject matter expert in the field, this job leads and counsels to streamline operations, reduce waste, and optimize workflows. This job drives the application and integration of business process management frameworks and methodologies, leads implementation of continuous improvement principles and drives process management maturity and the simplification of processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum requirement of 6 years of relevant work experience.
  • Typically reflects 10 years or more of relevant experience.

  • Lean Six Sigma training and Black Belt attainment.

Responsibilities

  • Advises on the application of business process management frameworks and methodologies across the organization, integrating feedback to enhance business process management practices, and training others in the organization.
  • Guides information gathering, interviews, workshops, and the creation of detailed process models and documentation in compliance with relevant standards.
  • Reviews, enhances, and challenges existing processes leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies, promoting initiatives to increase efficiency and value, and reduce waste.
  • Uses and advises on data insights and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to review processes, identify improvement opportunities, and apply advanced analysis tools.
  • Promotes and drives the adoption of new technologies and automation tools that support process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Advises on the design and development of work in-take and prioritization processes providing insight aligned with business leadership objectives.
  • Develops a trusted partnership that fosters cross-functional collaboration to connect processes and stakeholders, to ensure clear action plans and facilitate the development of new practices. Collaborates with the Cargill process community of practice for continuous improvement across the organization.
