Requirements
- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant industry experience, OR a post‑secondary degree or diploma
- Experience with BMO Investorline
- Candidates must have completed the core proficiency components for IR licensing, including: Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practices Handbook Course (CPH) or Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE)
- Fluent in French and English as this role provides support to clients and team members inside and/or outside the province of Quebec.
Responsibilities
- Primarily support clients in the inbound call queue.
- Invoke trust and build strong client relationships.
- Determine individual investment needs and provide professional, customized advice to ensure client’s financial goals are met.
- Support clients with various requests such as onboarding, account access, various trade orders, investment strategies, suitability conversations etc.
- Fulfill sales and service activities for the clients in accordance with approved procedures.
